Mattapan on Wheels, Saturday, August 10, 2013 |
After I gave tours of the proposed Neponset Trail route in Mattapan at a
spray pool opening 3 weeks earlier, the organizers of this event asked me to
help out by giving the same tour during their bike ride. The Mattapan Vigrous Youth
set up the ride pretty much on their own, with a bit of help from adults in
the Mattapan Food and Fitness Coalition, and I was happy to help in any way
they wanted me to.
