Neponset River Bikepath: Cleanup Complete!
May 4, 2000As of May 3, removal of hazardous waste from the trail route was 95% complete, according to MDC Project Manager Cathy Garnett. Resurveying will begin soon, to ascertain the exact contours of the cleared trail right-of-way, and redesign will begin as the surveying is completed. The project is still on schedule for construction bidding in the late summer, and paving by the time of the first snow.
